We would like to sincerely apologize for any difficulties you may have experienced during the transition following Dr. Connolly’s retirement and the transfer of his patients and insurance plans to our practice.

Welcoming so many new patients while continuing to care for our existing families has required significant adjustments. One challenge has been the limited seating available for parents and caregivers in our current office. We recognize that this can make it more difficult to discuss treatment progress, ask questions, and feel fully involved in your child’s care. We never want our patients or families to feel rushed or unheard.

Please know that we are doing everything possible to provide high-quality, affordable orthodontic care while continuing to care for the patients whom Dr. Connolly valued so deeply. We are working to accommodate families traveling from Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and communities farther south while giving each patient the attention they deserve.

To support the increased number of patients, we welcomed our associate, Dr. Zahra, to the practice. We could not be happier with her attention to detail, compassion, and collaborative approach. She works closely with Dr. Kayhan and Dr. Shannon to ensure consistency and quality throughout each patient’s treatment.

We are also looking forward to moving into our new location, which should provide more space and better opportunities for private conversations about treatment, progress, and concerns.
